International Law in Domestic Courts

ILDC is an online law reporting service focusing on the way that courts from countries around the world deal with matters of international law. The database tracks the changes in the law as they occur: cases from over 60 countries are updated bi-monthly to include new cases and subsequent developments in already featured ones. Cases are selected by local reporters in conjunction with the OUP editorial board and include full texts of judgments in their original language and translations of key passages of non-English judgments into English. There are currently 113 cases online with around another 50 scheduled to be published by January.
