Dear SMU Community

The Collaborative Study Area on Level 2 of the Li Ka Shing Library will be closed from Monday 16 th August till Friday 27 th August 2010. The area will reopen on Saturday 28 th August 2010.

The closure is to facilitate preparation for a special event organized by the Office of University Events.

We have made the following arrangements to ensure that you have continued access to the resources located in the Collaborative Study Area:   

• Newspapers will be available at the Customer Service Centre (Level 2).  For past issues, please log on to Factiva.
• Please approach staff at the Customer Service Centre (Level 2) for assistance in borrowing books from the Lifestyle Collection.
• Printing and photocopying will only be available on Level 3 and 4. 
• You may top up your cashcard at the Printing Room on Level 3.
