We welcome Paolina Martin as Senior Manager for SMU's Institutional Repository, one of the major components of the new Digital Library.

Paolina's experience is grounded in business process reengineering, project management and information and knowledge management. Having joined SMU from Straits Knowledge, a knowledge management and e-learning consulting firm, and prior to that the Singapore National Library Board, she brings with her both organizational and consulting experience in implementing change initiatives.

At SMU, Paolina is responsible for the institutional repository, which will offer a set of services for the acquisition, management and distribution of digital content catered to the various communities of SMU, and for the collaborative design of enabling processes and systems to support their information needs.

The Library is pleased to have these talented new staff join our existing team.
