Recalls
All materials on loan can be recalled after one month.
Users may submit requests for recalls by placing holds 
via the Online Catalogue . You will be notified by email when the recalled item is ready for collection.
Similarly, if an item on loan to you has been recalled by another user, you will receive an email notification from the Customer Service Centre to return the item. Failure to return any recalled items within 10 working days from the day of notification will result in suspended borrowing privileges.
IMPORTANT: Continuation of the existing loan privileges is dependent upon the timely response to recalls by all our users.
