From the comments and feedback given in the survey, these changes will be made to PYXIS+:

  1. PYXIS+ leads to sources that we do not have access or the full text. Action: The Library will limit the PYXIS+ search to sources that we have access so that users see these sources first. Users will have the option to extend the search to those without full text if desired.
  2. PYXIS+ was slow. Action: The Library has given the feedback to the vendor and they have implemented global virtual servers to improve response times.

Thank you for your responses to the survey on PYXIS+.
