Dear SMU Community,
SMU publications have been downloaded 4 million times from InK, our institutional repository. SMU publications are making impact, with 56% of the downloads from the education sector and 37% from the commercial sector.
InK was launched in 2011, and it hit 3 million downloads in July 2019. In just 11 months, InK accumulated another 1 million downloads, from a collection of over 11,000 full text papers.
We express our thanks to all SMU community members who have worked with our library team over the years to include their papers and publications in InK. We encourage you to continue doing so to promote SMU research and extend its impact.
