Dear SMU Community,

As we embark on a new journey in the new semester, let us take a step forward to inculcate mindfulness habits for our work, life, and studies.

In support of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3, "Good Health and Well-being", SMU Libraries have curated a list of activities and resources as a starting point for you to incorporate mindfulness into your daily lives.
