The absence of gender-disaggregated data can lead to biases as well as reinforce existing disparities. Algorithms trained on biased or incomplete data can perpetuate stereotypes and exclude marginalised groups from being represented. In today’s AI-driven world, data is pivotal in informing decisions, shaping policies, and designing products and services.
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, participate in an interactive and lively session to discuss how, individually and collectively, we can contribute to bridging the gender data gap and ensuring that the technologies, systems and policies shaping our future are inclusive and representative of all genders to enable better outcomes for all.
