In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, we highlight recent SMU faculty research on gender disparity published between 2022-2024. These works explore various dimensions of gender inequality. Addressing gender disparities requires both individual commitment and collective action. Together, we can create a more equitable future that values all gender identities and produces better outcomes for everyone in our community and beyond.
