✨ New Workshops ✨
Learning to Learn With AI
Shameem Nilofar Maideen, University Librarian, SMU Libraries
In this workshop, you’ll examine how AI is shaping the way you learn. You’ll practise three essential skills: how to find, evaluate, and use information effectively.
By analyzing with a series of case studies featuring AI-assisted coursework, you'll consider where fluent, polished outputs might be masking gaps in understanding. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a better sense of when AI genuinely supports your learning, and when it doesn't.
Agentic Workflow Series
Aaron Tay, Head of Data Services,
with Bella Ratmelia, and Dong Danping, Senior Librarians, Research & Data Services
Through these workshops, participants gain practical experience in navigating different AI agent interfaces, working with agentic coding tools and version control, applying LLMs to analyse and structure qualitative data, and extending agentic tools with MCP and custom Skills.
