Hive, Level 2, Li Ka Shing Library, SMU
This workshop has been developed to provide mid-career LIS professionals with a forum to reflect on their career journey and to explore strategies for professional growth. Following an environmental scan of workforce trends in the LIS sector, a panel of employers will share their views of career planning. The focus will then shift to the interactive workshop activities designed to enable you formulate a clearer picture of your own skills and expertise, and to identify some of the professional development approaches that can help you re-conceptualise your future.
